Directions

Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Children: 11-14 years: take ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) daily; 15-18 years: take 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
